Adele Dyck is the founder and president of Star 7 International Inc., an immigration consulting firm based in Winkler, Manitoba. She is a member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants. Adele began her career as a consultant in 1996 with a proposal to the provincial and federal governments for the fast-tracking of 50 immigrant families to the Winkler area. The Winkler Project, as it was called, was a success and became the pilot project for the establishment of the evolving Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program. Since then, her firm has assisted countless families with their immigration to Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Alberta.

Karl Redekop, B.A., B.Ed., M.Ed. (Admin.), is a member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants and has served as a consultant with Star 7 International Inc. since 2003. He enjoyed a fulfilling career in education which spanned 31 years and included teaching and administrative positions at various levels in Winnipeg, Jamaica and Winkler. Karl has always taken an interest in immigrant families, their settlement and integration in a new country. His Master's thesis explored selected aspects of immigration from Mexico to southern Manitoba.

Susan Wall came to Star 7 four years ago and she serves as our capable and indispensible office manager. She had her own successful business for 10 years before that and the skills she learned during that time – staff supervision, customer service, organization and bookkeeping – serve her well in her current role.
